We check agreed journeys and deliverables, address feedback and prepare the release. Platform projects include the training and documentation specified in the agreement.

Support operations
We define the technical maintenance and incident support the project needs. New features, improvements and content production have separate scopes.
05 / Event Horizon
Measure and decide
We review agreed indicators and the user experience. Using available evidence, we prioritize changes and future investment without promising unmeasured results.

What people ask before we start
Does the first conversation have a cost?
The first conversation is at no cost and helps us understand the need and assess fit. Discovery involving research, scope definition and a delivery approach is quoted and contracted separately.
At which stage is the solution produced or developed?
Velocity covers design, production, configuration or development, with testing during execution. Singularity focuses on validation, handover and agreed training. Stages and deliverables are tailored to the scope.
Is everything built from scratch?
No. Every solution starts with the client’s problem. We use existing tools and proven components when they meet the need, and develop custom solutions when scope justifies it. H23 takes responsibility for direction, quality and delivery.
